- Refund and Return Terms
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Item Condition: Rugs must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging, tags, and any attached accessories. We only accept items that have not been cleaned or otherwise treated.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
Used items older than 30 days - Refund Process
Requesting a Return: Please contact our Customer Service team via email with your order number and reason for return.
Obtaining a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed return address information.
Package Preparation: Please package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping and include your order number and return authorization letter.
Returning the Item: Please ship the package to the return address provided. Please retain proof of shipment to track your return. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s eligible for return, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
The refund will be the full purchase price, excluding shipping costs (applicable to the original order). - Shipping Costs
For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment, we will cover both returns and return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, etc.), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
